Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Global Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Schedule Change Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving schedule change issues.

About the Role

This role involves assisting clients via various communication channels regarding time/date changes that have occurred from airlines. A crucial aspect of this position is ensuring that alternative flights are found for customers' journeys or requesting funds from the airline when alternative flights are not possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming calls and emails related to schedule changes
  • Check internal queues for schedule changes and contact airlines to explore alternate options
  • Provide quality service to customers by handling inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Manage flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations according to each airline's policy
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent knowledge of English, experience in customer service, and the ability to adapt to new software technologies. You should also have strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
