We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Call Center operations. This role focuses on analyzing data, monitoring collection activities, and providing insights that help our teams achieve their targets while ensuring smooth processes and a high standard of service.

  • Monitor and analyze call center performance related to collections activities
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections KPIs
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in customer payment behavior
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve collection strategies
  • Support the call center team with accurate data, tools, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field is preferred. We also require 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a support function. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and fluency in Greek and English are also necessary.
