Ambitious Customer Service Representative

As a key contributor to our success, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team in Athens.
Our company is a dynamic player in the industry, rapidly expanding its capacity in Electricity Supply and Trading, Gas Energy Sector, and Telecommunications.
We aim to build strong relationships with our customers by offering reliable services that meet their ever-growing energy needs.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the Telco and/or Energy industry.
They should be skilled in CRM software and other customer support tools, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential, along with team spirit, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Effective oral and written communication with customers
- Reviewing and monitoring pending customer requests
- Providing updates to customers regarding request progress
- Outbound communications during service activation or non-delivery of paper invoices
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in Telco and/or Energy industry
- CRM software skills
- Excellent communication skills
