Are you seeking a challenging customer support role in Athens? Our company offers an exciting opportunity for native or fluent Italian speakers to join our team as Customer Support Representatives.
About the JobThis is a full-time position, requiring rotational shifts. The start date is ASAP. We provide a comprehensive relocation package including:
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
- A flight ticket within the EU
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee covered
We are looking for candidates who can deliver exceptional service in a dynamic international environment. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and support regarding products and services, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions, and working closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be fluent in Italian (C2) and proficient in English (B2+), have a customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required - entry-level candidates are welcome.
