- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to grocery delivery services.
- Ensure seamless order handling, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining a smooth and efficient process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, upholding a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and logistics teams to provide accurate information and updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to educate customers accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment by collaborating with team members.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or grocery delivery sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
