Electrical Design Specialist

As an Electrical Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and reviewing technical documentation to ensure seamless project execution.

• Develop comprehensive hardware specifications and define system architecture for automation and electrical systems.
• Conceptualize and design electrical systems, control panels, and MCC panels while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Purchase automation and electrical equipment as well as software licenses.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery in line with project plans and cost constraints.

While proficiency in PLC programming is preferred, it's not mandatory. However, experience in electrical engineering during the project and knowledge of Schneider's Ecostruxure Machine Expert or CODESYS 3 are valuable assets.

• Familiarity with LAN networks, Industrial Communication Fieldbuses (Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU etc.)
• Ability to read and generate technical drawings
• Capacity to solve complex engineering problems
• Fundamental understanding of vessel electrical systems and automation controls

Excellent English language skills and expertise in electrical design programs like Autocad, eplan, solidworks are required. A degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial or marine environments are necessary for this role.
