We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer for Maritime Planned Maintenance, someone who is enthusiastic to learn and work with maritime digital applications.

This role involves being part of a team that designs, customizes, and maintains planned maintenance software. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to collect requirements and consulting on appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will communicate customer requirements to the development team, participate in UATs, present demos to customers, and support application-related issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in engineering or a related field. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English language is required, and the ability to travel abroad is also necessary.
