Maritime Financial Support Role

We are seeking a Junior Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for the design, customization, and maintenance of financial modules related to maritime.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to combine their technical skills with knowledge of finance and maritime industries.

  • Be part of a team that develops, customizes and maintains cutting-edge financial software for the maritime sector.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our development team.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to ensure our products meet customer requirements.
  • Presentation and consultation with clients to promote our financial software solutions.
  • Support clients with application-related issues and provide training where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work well under pressure. They should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting/Economics with a focus on maritime.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new digital applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English language and ability to travel abroad.
