What will you be doing?
We are looking for newly, enthusiastic with an appetite for work individual to join us as in the role of Service Coordinator and to be part of our growing team. In this role you will be responsible to coordinate and facilitate service activities, manage customer inquiries related to service requests, and ensure smooth operations within the service team, as well as providing a five-star customer service.
Main Tasks include:
§ Receive and log service inquiries and requests in the company's electronic system.
§ Ensure that services are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
§ Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
§ Maintain regular communication with customers to provide status updates on ongoing service tasks.
§ Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring that all team members are informed of their daily tasks.
§ Liaise with subcontractors to obtain service offers, manage service schedules, and ensure proper execution of services.
§ Evaluate subcontractor performance and maintain an up-to-date list of approved vendors.
§ Ensure that all subcontracted services meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
§ Oversee and monitor the execution of services to ensure they align with customer specifications and quality standards.
§ Maintain accurate service records, including job completion details, customer feedback, and any follow-up actions required.
§ Work with the Logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of parts, equipment, and tools needed for service calls.
§ Maintains good knowledge of the Navarino Elements electronic systems and databases.
§ Maintains in depth knowledge of Navarino Elements products and services and maintains good communication and cooperation with other departments.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to work well in teams
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good organization and coordination skills
