Service Coordinator Job Description">

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating service activities, managing customer inquiries related to service requests, and ensuring smooth operations within the service team.

Main Tasks include:

  • Receive and log service inquiries and requests in our electronic system.
  • Ensure that services are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide status updates on ongoing service tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring that all team members are informed of their daily tasks.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to obtain service offers, manage service schedules, and ensure proper execution of services.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance and maintain an up-to-date list of approved vendors.
  • Ensure that all subcontracted services meet our standards and customer expectations.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer communication skills, be able to work well in teams, and have good organization and coordination skills.

Job Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
