Job Opportunity: Front Desk Manager
- Manage front desk activities and oversee guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating wake-up-calls and other concierge services according to guest preferences
- Address customer requests and complaints, directing other employees or departments accordingly
- Prepare invoices, bills, and checks for vendors, employees, and contractors
- Oversee and update all official documentation related to the role
- Respond to calls and inquiries related to potential bookings
Core Responsibilities:
- Balance day shift accounts
- Verify that end-of-day activities have been completed successfully by employees in all departments
Operating Environment:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency with Protel PMS
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
Education:
- Secondary diploma from a hospitality school (preferred)
- Excellent command of Greek and English languages
- Knowledge of a third language (e.g. German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish) will be valued
Experience:
Night auditor at a 5-star hotel
