Luxury Hotel Front Office Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team.
- Prompt and efficient completion of all Front Office duties (check in, check out, invoicing, call center, guest assistance with requests and complaints, Concierge)
- Preparation of day reports
- Financial reconciliation of all hotel outlets
- Operating the End of day procedures
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service,
- Provide a friendly & warm welcome and service to all guests
- Coperation with all colleagues and department heads
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations & all guest service guidelines
- Maintain the Front Desk in a professional order
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position within a 5* property
- Computer literacy & knowledge of Hospitality PMS software (Protel)
- Fluency in Greek & English, extra languages (German, Italian, French) would be considered a plus
- Strong problem-resolution, organizational & multitasking abilities
- Punctual, well-groomed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly & kind personality, with team spirit
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
