We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of fleet maintenance, including negotiating supply agreements for vehicle parts, tires, bodyshop/repairers, roadside assistance, and vehicle insurance contracts.
  • They will also be responsible for developing and controlling fleet maintenance budgets and strategies, as well as maintaining and improving supplier relationships.
  • Additionally, the Fleet Manager will be expected to maintain a level of commercial awareness of the activities of suppliers and competitors, and ensure that vehicle maintenance/servicing schedules and costs are met in line with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (technical background).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant position.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data processing and programming skills.
  • Excellent use of MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
