Job Title: CRM Executive

Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional seeking a challenging role in customer relationship management?

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing CRM campaigns to drive business growth. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective CRM strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results through data-driven decision making.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM role
  • Hands on experience working with Email Marketing Platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification would be a benefit
  • Analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI metrics
  • Understanding of key customer metrics (acquisition rate, retention rate, churn rate, etc.)
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong oral, written, communication, and presentations skills
Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage CRM campaigns, implementing CRM strategy and campaigns' execution; scheduling, sending, editing & testing CRM campaigns
  • Ensure campaign's layout, design, and overall content are optimized for best results per channel
  • Identify and analyze users' behavior patterns, build customer segmentation and personalization strategies, conduct A/B testing, design ongoing communications plans targeted to those segments
  • Assist in the design and content development of user experiences, including design of customer journeys, promotional links, loyalty tactics, etc.
  • Track customer/business KPIs and overall performance
  • Create ongoing reporting of CRM metrics and conduct ongoing research monitoring industry's best practices
