Job Title:

A Commercial Experience Creator is responsible for developing and implementing customer loyalty programs that drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • This role focuses on designing, rolling out, and evaluating loyalty activations to ensure effective implementation of loyalty programs in high collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor loyalty activities based on business targets and according to commercial loyalty strategy
  • Design and execute personalization and loyalty targeted activities such as digital coupons to increase loyalty offering footprint
  • Research, identify, and develop new promotional mechanisms and loyalty proposals based on loyalty strategy in collaboration with category management teams
  • Gather data insights through collaboration with analytics reporting team in order to acquire a thorough understanding of activations' performance and provide feedback


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant position in retail or FMCG
  • Excellent command of English Language, oral & written
  • MS suite literate, especially advanced in Excel
  • Experience in BI tools and practices would be considered an asset
