Digital Marketing Specialist (Fixed Term)Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our brand's digital presence and engagement. You will be responsible for managing the brand's content across various channels, expanding your knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and participating in brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive annual content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build a robust brand equity and online company presence.
  • Oversee community management activities on social media channels, ensuring timely and engaging responses to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Promote AB initiatives through the creation of web pages on social networking sites, monitor their results & KPI's in collaboration with external agency partners.
  • Organize content production and coordinate teams handling brand content to ensure a consistent image across all touch points.
  • Contribute to the creation of WOM plans (Digital Influencers) for all actions and initiatives of the brand in partnership with the creative agency and undertake execution upon finalization.
  • Participate actively in the creation of PR strategies aiming to strengthen the brand image through public relations campaigns (Brand PR) that target AB customers & all consumers.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a relevant field. A Master's degree would be considered an asset.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry or agency, with expertise in Digital Marketing, PR & WOM.
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.
  • MS Office literacy.
