Job Description:

The Role of a Format Development Manager is to spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative retail formats that align with the company's overall business strategy and brand positioning. This position requires a multidimensional approach, combining strategic vision, analytical skills, planning, creativity, and effective project management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or marketing, with experience in retail industry and project management. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships, and influence others.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic concepts, conducting market research and analysis, creating customer journey models, prototype design, and pilot program management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BSc in Business or Marketing, or any relevant field
  • Working experience 4-5 years, with a strong preference in retail industry
  • Previous experience in a similar role or retail experience will be considered as a strong plus
  • Experience in store processes and project management
  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
