
Business Intelligence Developer

Ogilvy seeks a highly analytical and data-driven Data Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will analyze customer behavior, develop data-driven segmentations, and generate insights to optimize retention, engagement, and personalization strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer transactions and engagement patterns to identify high-value segments, churn risk, and reactivation opportunities; build and maintain segmentation models to support personalization.
- Assess CRM ecosystems (data flows, tech stack, segmentation, consent) to uncover opportunities and improve targeting and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (CLV, Retention, Churn, NPS, Engagement); conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate campaign and customer engagement impact.
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management; collaborate closely with CRM and Creative teams to shape data-driven engagement strategies.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics; proficiency in SQL, Python or R; exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and statistical modeling (e.g., MMM, Attribution); excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce) and machine learning in customer analytics.
