IT Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and documenting detailed project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document business needs through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop functional and technical requirement documents based on business needs.
• Provide assistance in functional acceptance testing and application updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for requirement finalisation.
• Act as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sector and business analysis & modeling tools, and project methodologies.
• At least 2 years of experience in Banking Industry.
• Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles and communication methods.
• Demonstrate analytical skills capable of synthesising information for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
• Completion of military obligations is mandatory.
