Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, daily transactions and expenses. Process payments, perform collections, manage billing and execute ordering.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll.
  • Oversee month and year-end closing (e.g. accounts reconciliations) and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Monitor data requirements and perform necessary actions through accounting software.
  • Issue invoices and handle payments and collections.
  • Monitor bank payments, customer and supplier movements and agree balances with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a relevant position. Pharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel. Familiarity with Softone/Singular is an asset.
  • Proficient in English language and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
