Job Title: Store Operations Manager

 

At our retail company, we are seeking a talented and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store.

 

  • Implement and manage all operational activities in the store to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control store productivity levels and aim to achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement personnel and resource planning strategies to optimize staff schedules.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
