• 8-hour daily shift on rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• The holders of these positions will be responsible for providing telephone support and customer service to customers of a major e-commerce store.

• High school diploma
• Developed communication skills & customer-centric perception
• Result-oriented approach
• Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment
• Very good knowledge of English (degree)
• Sense of responsibility in managing sensitive information
• Completed Military Service obligations for male candidates
• Previous work experience in a call center will be appreciated
