We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Nea Ionia.

Job Description

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our sales teams to drive sales growth, implement visual merchandising strategies, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Your primary focus will be on managing stock levels, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. You will also be responsible for training and developing our sales team members, as well as analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years' experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
