Job Overview
  • Language Requirements:
    Danish (Fluent)

This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your technical prowess with exceptional communication skills, working in a collaborative environment that fosters growth and development. As a customer expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers from Denmark, leveraging your knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS to troubleshoot mobile devices and provide seamless assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction:
    Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
  • Case Management:
    Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Troubleshooting:
    Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Account Support:
    Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
  • Repair Setup:
    Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalation:
    Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency:
    Fluency in Danish
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Advanced English knowledge and familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Soft Skills:
    Great communication skills and strong troubleshooting skills
