Job Overview:
Danish-speaking customer support specialist required for a tech leader. This role involves communicating with customers via phone, chat & e-mail to resolve technical issues related to mobile devices and account management.

The ideal candidate will have advanced English knowledge, fluency in Danish, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred but not required. As a Danish-speaking customer support specialist, you will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex cases when necessary. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers from Denmark and beyond.
