Are you passionate about helping clients achieve their travel goals? As a German Client Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners in the tourism industry.

Your primary focus will be on consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then using your expertise to tailor solutions that meet those needs. This may involve working closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • You will work closely with our partners to develop strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage a portfolio of B2B partnerships, ensuring timely communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Provide training and enablement to partners on our products and services, enhancing their understanding and usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meetings, calls, and emails.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A native or near-native level of German (oral and written).
  • A very good command of English (C1 level).
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An EU passport.
