Literary Liaison for German Language Clients

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking customer support representative to join our team in the online bookstore department.
As a german speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our german speaking clients via email, chat and phone.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries regarding book orders, recommendations and services.
- Assisting customers with their shopping experience to ensure a delightful and memorable encounter.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve service targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engaging in ongoing training to stay informed about our product offerings and literary trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for books and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment or in-office as required.
