This opportunity allows the successful candidate to conduct and manage outbound calls, aiming to maximize client's portfolio and generate profits.


Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include communicating with German-speaking customers & partners from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, maintaining and increasing existing client portfolios, striving toward customer retention and loyalty, providing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all customers, and working effectively as part of a team.


Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge & communication skills in German
  • Very good command of English
  • Usage of MS Windows and MS Office, ability to use Internet applications
  • Sales on a B2B Level
  • Simple mathematical calculations to work out dimensions and recommend correct freight solutions
  • Knowledge of logistics on an operational level, as well as overland, sea freight and airfreight Logistics will be an advantage
  • Good problem-solving skills
