Job Opportunity:

As a German language expert, you have the chance to join our team and work in Greece with a world-renowned tech leader. This position is perfect for those who speak German fluently and are eager to gain experience in the field of computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and online platforms.

Responsibilities vary depending on the team you'll be joining, but generally include identifying customers' needs, delivering appropriate solutions, guiding customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handling transactions, and providing resolution to inquiries in a timely manner. You will also assist customers to place an order and related issues, answer their inquiries, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face, and assist customers with account issues.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills in German, good command of English (B2+), sales experience with consumer products and services, technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems, advanced internet research skills, an empathetic soul with strong communication skills, a positive and adventurous attitude, and a willingness to learn and soak up knowledge and experience.
