Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2)
  • Excellent English language skills (B2-C1)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
