Job Description

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of enterprise IT initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of IT projects across enterprise clients, ensuring day-to-day operations meet scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinating internal teams and vendors to facilitate clear communication, accountability, and timely resolution of delivery issues or risks.
  • Assisting in resource planning and allocation, working closely with senior delivery managers and technical leads to balance project needs and team capacity.
  • Monitoring project performance, collecting relevant delivery metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts across delivery processes.
  • Serving as a point of contact for client stakeholders during the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on deliverables and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
  • Contributing to team development, fostering collaboration and supporting junior team members with guidance and problem-solving assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or operations roles within the IT industry, preferably in the enterprise sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, or enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed.
