Job Description

The successful candidate will form an integral part of our European Projects team, overseeing and managing large-scale projects funded by the European Union. Occasionally, this role may require a few days' travel abroad for project meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the implementation team to organize and execute EU Projects
  • Supervise various EU-funded initiatives, including Erasmus+, Interreg, EuropeAid, Eni CBCMED, Horizon, CERV, and AMIF
  • Ensure effective financial management of projects
  • Work closely with the PR Networking department to coordinate proposal writing and submission for EU funding opportunities
Required Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Business Economics, or Public Policy
  • At least 5 years of experience in EU-funded projects management and implementation
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of EU procedures, project design methodologies, and leadership principles
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor teams
