Project Coordinator Job Description:

The Operations Project Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating and executing strategic and operational projects within New Ventures & Corporate Services. This involves managing end-to-end delivery of projects, designing project plans with realistic timelines, delivering structured communication with stakeholders, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of projects and initiatives;
  • Design and maintain clear project plans with realistic timelines and deliverables;
  • Facilitate structured communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Build and foster strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners;
  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and resource gaps, and propose mitigation strategies;
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders;
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status updates, and KPIs for senior management reporting;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support process improvements and standardization efforts across operational functions.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of project management or operational coordination experience, preferably with an operations or business process focus;
  • Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — able to keep many moving parts aligned without losing sight of the big picture;
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, especially across diverse audiences;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) — able to structure updates, flag issues diplomatically, and manage expectations;
  • High degree of ownership and accountability; able to work independently while keeping stakeholders aligned;
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and proactive risk management;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
