Drive Large-Scale Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Manager to lead our highly skilled engineering teams in delivering large-scale transformation projects for the growing Public Sector Business Unit.

Your primary focus will be on managing the implementation of complex IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality.

  • Project Implementation: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of IT solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, scale, and develop the delivery team by building necessary skills to meet project demands and future growth, providing coaching and mentorship support to team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolving challenges and allocating resources effectively to drive results.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor delivery performance, analyze metrics, and implement targeted process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a liaison for client engagements, addressing specific needs and ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing the delivery of large-scale IT projects or services.
  • Proven leadership skills, inspiring and mentoring high-performing teams to meet evolving project needs.
  • Solid technical knowledge of software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, and relevant concepts to support and oversee project delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex challenges in dynamic environments.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in Public Sector-related projects is advantageous.
