Telesales Project Director

We are looking for a highly skilled Telesales Team leader to join our team. This role involves taking responsibility for the successful execution of TS projects, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of at least 3 years in Telesales, preferably within the Telco and Energy sectors. They will also have experience in team supervision and delivering training sessions, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily on-the-job coaching of the team to improve their sales skills (objection handling, active listening, closing techniques)
  • Implement and oversee phone script structure, adding or modifying segments to maximize conversion
  • Analyze team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to each team member
  • Manage and track ongoing campaigns' progress, ensuring service level and answer rate targets are met
  • Lead daily team meetings to align goals, provide motivational support, and identify training needs
  • Develop and propose training sessions to address performance gaps
  • Adjust dialer settings and strategies (retry ratios, call flow) to maximize productivity
Requirements
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in Telesales, preferably within the Telco and Energy sectors
  • Experience in team supervision and delivering training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report team performance metrics
