Product Development Director

Ο ρόλος του Product Development Manager είναι να διαχειρίζεται μια σειρά από καινοτόμα έργα καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του product life cycle. Είναι υπεύθυνος για την παροχή όλων των απαραίτητων εμπορικών και στρατηγικών εργαλείων που αυξάνουν την αξία του προϊόντος, την conduktion των προγραμματιστών σύμφωνα με το product roadmap, και να τους ευθυγραμμίζει με τις ανάγκες των πελατών και τις εμπορικές προτεραιότητες.

Επιπτώσεις στη δραστηριότητα της επιχείρησης
- Προσδιορισμός του κατάλληλου product vision και διαχείριση του product life cycle από τον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό έως τις τακτικές δραστηριότητες.
- Σύνθεση του product roadmap, των ενεργειών και τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα PM.
- Δημιουργία project plan και παρακολούθηση της απόδοσής του.

Λειτουργίες του ρόλου
- Brainstorm με την ομάδα και τους stakeholders για ορισμό νέων χαρακτηριστικών.
- Δημιουργία των product requirements, wireframes, sketches και αιτιολόγηση για την ανάπτυξη προϊόντων.
- End 2 end διαχείριση του product backlog (από τη σύνταξη actionable user stories έως την ιεράρχηση των ενεργειών και την παράδοση).
- Εσωτερική & εξωτερική διαχείριση stakeholder.
- Ανάλυση δυνατοτήτων νέων συνεργασιών για το προϊόν/τα.
- Στήριξη της αρχικής διάθεσης προϊόντων σε πελάτες και έγκαιρη συλλογή feedback.
- Προσδιορισμός των απαιτήσεων της αγοράς για τρέχοντα και μελλοντικά προϊόντα πραγματοποιώντας έρευνα αγοράς.

Διαβούλευση με την ομάδα
- Σε βάθος γνώση προϊόντων και λύσεων και δράση ως ειδικός σε τομείς προϊόντων.

Απαιτήσεις και προφίλ του υποψήφιου
- Eπαγγελματική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση προϊόντων τεχνολογίας ή σε άλλους συναφείς τομείς.
- Πτυχίο Bachelor κατά προτίμηση σε Computer Science ή σε άλλους συναφείς τομείς
- Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά.
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και επιχειρηματική νοοτροπία.
- Problem solver με ισχυρές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διασύνδεσης που του αρέσει να δοκιμάζει νέες ιδέες.
- Aυτόνομη εργασία σε φιλικό περιβάλλον.
- Άριστες δεξιότητες γραπτής και προφορικής επικοινωνίας.
