Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in telesales, preferably within the telecoms and energy sectors.
- Proven track record in team supervision and delivering effective training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to track, analyze and report team performance metrics.
- Strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
