Για το λόγο αυτό, επενδύουμε συνεχώς στην πρόσληψη και ανάπτυξη νέων στελεχών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό μας σε όλα τα Τμήματα και τις βαθμίδες της εταιρίας αυξάνεται κατά 20% ετησίως. Στο πλαίσιο λοιπόν της διαρκούς ανάπτυξής μας, αναζητούμε τον κατάλληλο υποψήφιο για τη θέση:
Senior Creative Director
**Ρόλος**:
**Προφίλ υποψηφίου**:
Ο/Η κατάλληλος υποψήφιος/α, θα πρέπει να έχει ισχυρή εμπειρία σε περιβάλλοντα προσανατολισμένα στο μάρκετινγκ προϊόντων και άριστη γνώση μιας ποικιλίας προγραμμάτων σχεδιασμού. Δημιουργικό πνεύμα με δυνατότητα να δημιoυργήσει ολοκληρωμένα projects κάτω από εμπεριστατωμένα concepts. Να έχει έμφυτο ενδιαφέρον τόσο για την εταιρία όσο και για το κάθε project ξεχωριστά καθώς και να αντιλαμβάνεται την ανάγκη του να παραδίδει ακέραιο αποτέλεσμα υψηλής ποιότητας. Ομαδικό πνεύμα που απολαμβάνει τη συνεργασία με συναδέλφους καθώς και άνεση στο να μοιράζεται τη γνώση. Ευγένεια, δημιουργικότητα, συνέπεια, ακρίβεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια είναι μερικές από τις αρχές που θα θέλαμε να πρεσβεύει.
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
Σύλληψη και υλοποίηση ιδεών, κατευθυντηρίων γραμμών και στρατηγικών για διάφορα δημιουργικά έργα και επίβλεψή τους έως την ολοκλήρωση
Νέες προτάσεις και ιδέες πάνω στα εταιρικά υλικά
Σχεδιασμός concept και επιμέλεια styling για προϊοντική (και όχι μόνο) φωτογράφιση
Σχεδιασμός storyboard και συνεργασία με την ομάδα marketing για την υλοποίηση του
Δημιουργικός σχεδιασμός και επιμέλεια έντυπου και digital υλικού με γνώμονα την εταιρική στρατηγική (προϊοντικοί κατάλογοι, συσκευασίες, φυλλάδια προσφορών, προωθητικό υλικό, σήμανση καταστημάτων, ντύσιμο αυτοκινήτων, social media, Newsletter, Websites κ.λπ.)
Στενή συνεργασία με το τμήμα Marketing για τη διασφάλιση τήρησης των προδιαγραφών και της εταιρικής στρατηγικής
Συνεχής παρακολούθηση και ενημέρωση για το design και τις νέες τεχνολογίες.
