
Premium Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled professional to handle customer care, capture feedback, nurture leads, and ensure every rider receives world-class service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
- Call, collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service following industry standards and best practices.
- Ensure timely updates and resolutions through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage high-value customers and support them with a premium experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English language skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
- Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
