Fitness Wellness Coordinator

At our vibrant wellness hub, you'll be the warm and welcoming face of our members' club. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for well-being and loves connecting with others to create unforgettable experiences.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play an essential part in delivering positive moments throughout the day. As a Reception Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing bookings and inquiries while providing smooth, friendly, and efficient service to members, guests, and residents.
- Sharing tailored advice and thoughtful recommendations on wellness experiences, services, and products to elevate each guest's journey.
- Preparing and serving nourishing drinks, specialty coffees, and healthy snacks - always with a personal touch and a genuine smile.
- Keeping our wellness areas clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.
- Supporting the safe and enjoyable use of all wellness facilities, assisting guests with any needs or inquiries.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent English language skills
- A genuine interest in wellness practices and products
- Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, approachable, and guest-focused
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in dynamic environments
