We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Customer Support role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

- Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and app functionality.
- Address user concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate users on best practices for app usage and safety guidelines.
- Document and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or social networking sector.
