What You'll Do

Our English-speaking Customer Service Representatives create memorable moments across every call, email, and chat. If you have a passion for helping people and making an impact with every interaction, this role is for you.

Working as a Customer Experience Specialist, You Have:

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Call center experience is a strong asset.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
