Professional Services Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Professional Services Engineer to join our growing Professional Services team in Athens. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced engineers and stakeholders across the company to deliver technical solutions that help our customers get the most out of our platform.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in database technologies and advanced SQL knowledge. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities include implementing technical solutions, collaborating with tech leads to test, document, and deploy custom solutions, maintaining and improving internal tooling used by the Professional Services team, providing API consultation or basic technical support to internal stakeholders, and serving as the technical point of contact with non-technical sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering (preferably in Python)
  • Experience with database technologies and advanced SQL knowledge
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • BSc in Computer Science or similar degree, or other BSc plus coding school
