Spanish Customer Technical Advisor Job

We are looking for a Customer Technical Advisor to join our team. As a Cross Border Talent customer technical advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Your role as a customer technical advisor will include:

  • Responding and recording consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;

  • Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;

  • Ensuring client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy;

  • Ensuring all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;

  • Troubleshooting through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;

  • Offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Key Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or higher education qualification;

  • Native/Fluent Spanish language skills;

  • A good level of English language skills, with a minimum of C1 level;

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to write at a speed of 20 words per minute;

  • Active listening skills;

  • Good problem-solving skills;

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
