Job Description:
As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, proactively engaging with existing accounts, qualifying leads, and skillfully closing deals. You will also have the chance to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross-sell to valued existing clients, driving additional revenue and nurturing long-term relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of Outbound sales experience, with focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling
- Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
- Proven ability to uncover and engage decision-makers, identify customer needs and close deals over various channels such as phone, email, and social media
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet weekly, daily and monthly sales targets
- Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Confidence in presenting to and advising C-suite decision makers

You will report to Team Lead or Sales Manager and play an essential role in our sales cycle by qualifying leads and initiating contact with potential customers.
