Customer Engagement Specialist

The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers with non-performing loans. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple cases/borrowers, engaging in workout discussions with borrowers and related parties, and independently determining effective workout strategies.
  • The role also involves monitoring relationships and implementing approved action plans, preparing proposals for debt restructuring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in non-performing loans management.
  • Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with various debtors.
  • Effective stakeholder interaction and strong financial analysis skills.
  • Understanding of SME industries dynamics and knowledge of new legal frameworks.
