This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, working across various formats to deliver impactful communications. They will be responsible for crafting the Group's brand voice and reputation across all communication channels, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Communication Leadership: Develop and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with the Group's mission, values, and business objectives.
  • Content Development & Messaging: Create and edit a wide range of content, including press releases, internal announcements, executive speeches, and social media posts.
  • Media Relations: Establish relationships with journalists, secure coverage, draft media materials, and coordinate leadership interviews.
  • Internal Communications: Design and implement internal communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with HR and leadership to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and maintain a comprehensive crisis communication manual and response protocols.
  • Digital Communications & Social Media: Manage the Group's digital presence, including LinkedIn and corporate websites.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design branded assets and visual content to support campaigns and announcements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in senior communications or PR roles (minimum 7–10 years).
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in digital communications, social media, and content strategy.
  • Experience managing crisis communications and media relations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
