As a Accounting Expert, you will lead by example, mentoring and developing your engagement team members while conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive working environment.

The role involves utilizing expertise in accounting methodologies and industry standards to perform engagements in compliance with firm policies. You will also identify and generate new business opportunities contributing to the firm's growth and expanding its client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Portfolios: Ensure the delivery of exceptional audit services meeting client expectations and compliance standards.
  • Develop Strong Relationships: Offer value-added recommendations and insights to support business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with Directors: Define engagement strategies and objectives, conduct risk assessments, and lead audit teams to execute agreed plans effectively.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting frameworks (IFRS, Greek GAAP) and financial reporting matters
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
