We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Auditor to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Marousi.

As an Operational Auditor, you will be responsible for assessing and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. The role focuses on identifying risks, streamlining operations, and ensuring adherence to internal controls, industry regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct operational audits across logistics functions including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures related to logistics operations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas of non-compliance.
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels to assess operational performance.
  • Verify compliance with health & safety, customs, transportation, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with operations, quality assurance, and compliance teams to implement improvements.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to ensure the execution of corrective actions.
  • Support investigations into service failures, delays, or losses when needed.
