Norwegian Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Built strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a similar role.
- Fluency in Norwegian and good level of English.
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
